What is Art House Exchange?
Art House Exchange is a gathering that exists for the exchange of ideas and creative discussion across mediums.
This event is geared toward the creative community at large, not one specific discipline. The Exchange provides attendees opportunities for collaboration, inspiration, encouragement, and discussion between fellow musicians, writers, artists, performers, entrepreneurs, and all others who share a passion for creativity and imaginative living.
The evening includes facilitated yet casual discussion in small groups, with time for general conversation and networking and maybe even a little artistic inspiration as we hear from our featured artists.

Serin Oh: Born in Suwon, South Korea, Serin Oh moved to Ohio with her family at the age of six. Growing up in church, she was surrounded by gospel-centric music in her formative years. During her time at Berklee College of Music, she discovered her love for jazz and r&b, whilst also rediscovering her Korean roots through the lens of K-Pop. When she lost her voice in school, the recovery process led her to search for authentic songs that would allow her to express the diverse aspects of her identity healthily. In 2022, she accepted Jesus and restarted her journey, rebuilding her identity grounded in true love. She hopes to uplift third culture kids through art, especially fellow women, Asian Americans and secret outcasts.
Merrick Porcheddu is the founding partner and advisor of Artist Uprising™, a Dallas agency that transforms corporate and commercial real-estate environments with curated murals, sculptures, and digital art. Since 2017, AU has delivered installations for hundreds of blue-chip brands—including IBM, Airbnb, Spotify, Marriott, Coca-Cola, American Airlines, Meta, Nike, and Google. After a recent 2024 merger, Porcheddu now embarks on commercial & residential development and interior design, where she continues to design spaces and commission artists for her own investment projects.
